Deacon Larry
Larry Rieger is the resident Deacon and parish administrator for Saint Michael and All Angels. Larry is also the Archdeacon for the Diocese of the Mid Atlantic states, directly serving Bishop Robert Northwood. Larry followed a Catholic-Anglican worship tradition prior to being called to the CEC in 2004 when Fr. Michael had established the original small congregation that would become Saint Michael's. Larry maintains the Benedictine spiritual tradition, being a graduate of a Benedictine college (Belmont Abbey). Separate from a secular bachelors and masters education, Larry also holds a Masters of Theology from Kings College, has completed Saint Michael’s Seminary of the CEC. Larry was ordained to the ancient and apostolic order of the Deaconate on 24 June, 2017.
